Free Consultation for Startups

Do you have your product and website ready and searching for what next? Or are you in early stages of a startup seeking some strategic inputs with the business model.

Drop in a query on startup strategy, business model, brand building, brand essence, taglines, key USP's, positioning, leveraging your product/website to create buzz, word of mouth or go viral.

Give me precise and concise information on your industry before you submit your query. I would hate to be dishing out stuff you already know. Please add your website url to the query.

The more specific you are about what you want, the easier it is to answer the query. Its best to ask for my opinion when you are trying to decide 2 or 3 alternative approaches. This shortens the lead time in replying to your query. A generic query might require greater lead times at my end. Nonetheless I will try and reply to every mail within 24 hours of receipt

You want a marketing plan!!

If your need is more critical and you need greater help with a complete Marketing Strategy and not just a few tips here and there, I do offer a select service to Startups that I am sold on.

Developing a marketing plan is possible only when the founders are very clear on the roadmap for the startup. What is the start stage and where would you like to be. How will you make money and how much can you spend to reach your next goal.

If you are not clear, don't fret. If the basic idea has potential, we can work together to finalise the strategy and the business model before getting into the details of the marketing plan. At this stage, let me add that marketing doesn't mean advertising. If all you want is to create a viral video which will drive hoards of visitors to your site, you are probably looking at the wrong person.

A marketing plan is derived from a marketing strategy, which in turn is influenced by the product. Just remember that the product is also influenced by the marketing strategy.
